How to Request Account & Data Deletion
We provide three simple, transparent ways for any user to permanently delete their account and associated data:
In-App Method
Open any Workerz mobile app or desktop portal (Switcher, VoiceX, Megaform) → navigate to Settings → Security & Account → Click "Delete My Account & Purge Data".

Direct Email
Send an email from your registered email address to support@workerz.org or ahmed@workerz.org with the subject line "DATA DELETION REQUEST".
What Data is Deleted vs. Retained
✓ Immediately & Permanently Deleted
Profile records, login credentials (passwords/API keys), session tokens, uploaded contact lists/leads, proxy session configurations, voice recordings/transcripts in VoiceX, form submissions, and device telemetry logs.
⚠️ Legally Mandated Retention (Exceptions)
Under statutory corporate, tax, and anti-fraud regulations, past payment transaction invoices and receipts are retained in cold offline storage for statutory financial audit periods (5 to 7 years), after which they are permanently shredded. No promotional or operational processing will occur during this retention period.
