SAFETY & TRUST GUIDELINES
How we protect client intellectual property, maintain verified payment flows, and enforce account security across all Workerz.org software systems.
1. Payment & Invoice Verification
To protect yourself against phishing and fraudulent impersonation, adhere to our strict payment security protocols:
🔒 Official Payment Safeguards
- All official Workerz.org invoices originate exclusively from @workerz.org email addresses (specifically
support@workerz.orgorahmed@workerz.org). - We never request cryptocurrency transfers via unauthorized Telegram or WhatsApp channels without a signed corporate contract and verified corporate invoice.
- Online credit card and debit payments are processed exclusively through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant Stripe and PayPal checkouts.
2. Remote Engineering Collaboration Safety
When contracting bespoke software engineering (inventory ERPs, SaaS platforms, or mobile apps):
- Signed Master Services Agreements (MSA): Every custom project operates under a signed agreement with clearly defined milestones, deliverables, and full intellectual property transfer upon final payment.
- Non-Disclosure (NDA): We sign comprehensive mutual NDAs before reviewing proprietary client business logic, customer databases, or trade secrets.
- Source Code Delivery: Production code is delivered via private client-owned GitHub or GitLab repositories with zero hidden backdoors.
3. Reporting Abuse & Security Vulnerabilities
We operate an active coordinated vulnerability disclosure and security response program. If you discover a bug, security flaw, or abuse of our lead generation software:
🛡️ Security Incident & Abuse Response
Please immediately notify our security response desk at support@workerz.org or ahmed@workerz.org with technical reproduction steps. All security alerts receive priority response within 4 hours.
